| 裕隆通用汽車係美國通用汽車集團與台灣裕隆汽車集團所合資成立之公司。成立於2005年7月1日，資本總額為新台幣二十億元，裕隆汽車持股為51%，通用持股為49%。員工總數約50人，公司總部位於台北縣新店市中興路三段3號，行遍天下汽車城5樓。
結合通用汽車全球的品牌資源與產品研發能力，加上裕隆汽車的製造資源及市場的利基成為裕隆通用汽車的競爭優勢。
公司主要經營CADILLAC、BUICK、OPEL三個品牌的行銷、銷售及售後服務。在進口車部份，持續進口、銷售這三個品牌的車款；包括了Cadillac的CTS、STS、SRX，以及即將引進之DTS、STS-V；BUICK的Rendezvous；OPEL的Corsa、Astra、Vectra，以及即將引進之Zafira等。而在國產車部份則根據台灣市場需求，引進通用全球產品資源，委託裕隆三義廠代工，以BUICK品牌銷售。

Yulon Motor and 49 percent by GM, registered capital
is NT$2 billion.

provides an extensive local sales and aftersales channel

Yulon GM is initially offering imported Cadillac, Buick
and Opel products through its comprehensive sales and
distribution network, including: Cadillac CTS, STS, SRX,
and the upcoming DTS, STS-V; BUICK Rendezvous, OPEL Corsa,
Astra, Vectra, and the upcoming Zafira. It will add Buick
vehicles assembled locally by Yulon Motor by the end
of 2006. |
